Peristaltic Dosing                     These units introduce biological grease digesting solutions into the drain run or grease trap at a pre-programmed time of day. The biological products are in a buffer solution while pumped and become active once introduced into the system. The most appropriate use of these units is dosing into a grease trap. In this situation the grease trap acts a point of treatment allowing the biological enzymes to digest the fats, oils and greases within the unit.

Enzyme Supplies

A liquid formulation containing non-pathogenic, naturally occurring enzyme and bacteria in a buffer solution. These products are designed to be dosed into a grease trap, pumping station or drain run. These act as points of treatment to digest and break down fats, oils and greases into water soluble by-products which are then washed away. This will help to keep the drain runs and pumping stations free from blockages and reduce the frequency for maintenance on grease traps.

These solutions are designed to be used with automatic dosing units.

Catering Waste Solutions Ltd supply enzymes in 25 litres containers, approximately 6 months supply for an average small scale dosing regime. These are available by post or delivered by an engineer during a service visit.

A powder formulation is also available. This is for manual dosing. It is mixed with water and flushed down the sink every night by kitchen staff. This product is available by post or delivered by an engineer during a service visit. This is supplied in 7.5 kilo containers, approximately 6 months supply for an average small scale dosing regime.
